Everneat processes orders promptly and ships both domestically and internationally, with delivery times ranging from 2–7 days within the U.S. and 4–22 days internationally, depending on the courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. Orders placed before 9 AM EDT typically ship the same day, and address changes are allowed before dispatch. If an item is out of stock, it will be refunded, and the remaining order will be shipped.

Everneat will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resealable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

We're Angelo and Claudia, the founders of Everneat. Our journey began in 2015 when we left Peru for New York City with our daughter Emilia. Claudia's background in sustainable architecture laid the foundation for our vision of a cleaner future, but it was Angelo's lifelong struggle with asthma and severe allergies that truly sparked our mission.

Living with respiratory issues, Angelo always dreamed of creating an environment where clean didn't mean compromising health. He envisioned a world where cleaning could be as safe and natural as cooking, where your hands could be your best cleaning tools, free from the worry of harsh chemicals.

As we built our new life and cleaning business in NYC, we faced a significant challenge: truly effective, eco-friendly products were scarce across multiple categories - from home cleaning to personal care. The "green" options we found either didn't work well or weren't as environmentally friendly as claimed. We knew we had to change this, not just for our family, but for everyone who deserves a clean, safe living space.

Driven by necessity and passion, we partnered with leading laboratories specializing in various fields. Together, we meticulously developed formulations that were powerful, environmentally responsible, and most importantly, safe for everyone - even those with sensitivities like Angelo. In 2017, we launched Everneat (formerly “Cleaning Studio”), starting with home care products and now expanding into body care, pet care, and wellness foods.

Our goal? To prove that being natural can also mean being efficient and effective across all aspects of daily life. We wanted to create products that allow you to care for your surfaces, your family, your pets, and your body without fear - making these experiences enjoyable rather than daunting.

Today, our Everneat cleaning services in NYC and Connecticut exclusively use our own home care products. We've expanded our family to include our youngest daughter Victoria, and our commitment to creating a cleaner, greener, and healthier world for future generations has only grown stronger. Our manufacturing facility in Fairfield, CT, stands as a testament to our dedication to local, sustainable production across all our product lines.
