How do I clean my topl?

What drinks can I use my topl cup for?

Your topl cup is perfect for coffee, tea, water, and other smooth, non-carbonated drinks. It’s not suitable for fizzy drinks, thick liquids (like smoothies or soups), or anything sticky. These can affect the lid’s seal or flow. Always allow hot drinks to cool below 158°F before locking the lid.

Can I put my topl in the microwave or the freezer or boil it?

It is not safe to put your cup in the microwave or the freezer or boil your cup.

Is the lid leakproof?

Yes — as long as the lid is twisted fully clockwise into the locked position, it’s completely sealed and leakproof. You can toss it in your bag with confidence. Just make sure the silicone seal is fitted correctly after cleaning — leaks can occur if the parts aren’t reassembled properly. The cups are designed to be locked and sealed with liquids under 158°F (barista standard serving temp). As this is not a flask, it’s not advisable to fill the cup with liquids above 158°F and put it in your bag. If you prefer hot drinks, after filling, screw the lid on but leave it in the open position for a few moments to allow pressure to settle before locking.

Why is my cup leaking?

Make sure the lid is fully twisted clockwise into the locked position. Leaks can also happen if the silicone seal isn’t fitted correctly after cleaning — double-check all parts are in place.

So she teamed up with her dad, Stewart — a product designer who loves solving problems. Together, they started sketching. Prototyping. Spilling coffee. And slowly, a better cup came to life.

Fast forward to now...

We’ve built a small but mighty team, working from London and beyond. We’ve patented our 360° lid (yep — sip from any side), embedded smart tech inside our cups, and shipped topl to cafés, companies and customers around the world.
