These cordierite ceramic tiles are designed to capture heat from gas grills and provide a more even and controllable cook by using radiant heat. The tiles sit on a grate above the heating element and will grill your foods using less gas, as well as providing a barrier to prevent flare-ups.
The tiles also correct hot/cold spots, allowing outdoor chefs to multitask with more predictable results. Flipping the tiles and heating them cooks the food residue right off, allowing each set to last for years with proper care. Each tile is perforated to be broken apart and customized to fit any shape grill.
One kit comes with 15 tiles that cover 270 sq in, perfect for an average medium-sized grill. Lastly, the oils cook off the tiles and add a smoky flavor to improve the taste of grilled dishes!
