It most certainly IS NOT. That's the fun of this, learning about the parts of a knife and spending the time to assemble and if you're feeling saucy, disassemble.

How long does it take to assemble?

If you're really fast, 10 minutes. If it's your first time, probably closer to 30 minutes. If you mess up, maybe 40 minutes. If it takes you an hour, you're really enjoying yourself.

Fueled by our belief that the world could use a revival of traditional craftsmanship, John and Ran decided to clear their own path.
