Returns

Sometimes, things aren’t what you expect. Either you mess up, or we mess up. We’ve done our best to write rules that make amends for the “sometimes”.  

Customers have 14 days from the ship date to request a return, exchange, or refund for items purchased on seatsquare.com. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition, with a valid receipt or order number. Washed items are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns for products purchased through other retailers must follow the respective store's return policy. 14474163 CANADA INC. (DBA Seatsquare) reserves the right to deny refunds for non-defective, unsellable items.

FAQs

Is Kushee washable?

Yes. You can remove the cover using the zipper and machine or hand wash cold water. Dry flat.

Is Kushee waterproof?

No. But if Kushee does get wet, simply remove the cover, and dry cover and foam separately. Remove excess water by pressing gently or by using the spin cycle on a washing machine.

What does the temperature icon mean?

Some Kushees are ideal for hotter or cooler temps. The icons indicate which or both the cover is designed for.

Can I swap out the cover for a new style?

Yes, the cover is removable and interchangeable so you can match your look anytime.

Will it compress over time?

The premium foam is designed for durability and won’t flatten out like standard cushions.

Our Story

Our Story

Hi! I’m Natalie, I'm the co-founder of Seatsquare and a proud Canadian. 

Yup, we do some pretty cool stuff up here. We gave the world Shawn Mendes, The Beibs, the Ryan’s (Gosling AND Reynolds), Drake, The Weeknd, Camila, and Carly Rae...just to name a few.

Now we’re giving the world Seatsquare. It can't act, sing or play sports, but we hope it will top ‘em all and be the biggest thing outta Canada in a while.

My group of friends and I came up with the idea for Seatsquare after having numerous "scary seat" experiences that included:

  • sitting in leftover food and drink spills on chairs (and it touching our skin...super nasty)
  • getting sweaty ass and sweaty legs from hot chairs
  • skin being fried by patio chairs that are as hot as the sun
  • clothing getting stained by whatever nastiness is left on the seat
  • going to sit down on a transit (subway or bus seat) and seeing puke, gum, dirt, stains and other nastiness just waiting for our behind
  • sitting on a wet, dirty airplane seat
  • our biggest pet peeve...ugly impressions on the backs of our bare legs, thanks to the patio chair seat grids

That's where Seatsquare comes in. We think it's the ideal solution to all these "scary seat" experiences. Next time you travel or go out, you can take Seatsquare with you to protect, prevent and shield yourself from scary seats.

It's been a blast designing this product, hearing from all of you, and getting it to market.
