What’s in the charcoal / are there any chemicals?
This grill uses natural eucalyptus charcoal, with a small amount ofall-natural binder, baked to a super low moisture content for a reliablestart and a nice clean burn.
Is it a one-time use?
Yes! No greasy cleanup or packing up a dirty grill.
What if I get a dud?
We work very hard to prevent this, and it would be extremely rare, but if there is ever a non-start issue, you can hold a lighter to the charcoal for about a minute and it will function properly.
How long does it last?
Up to 3 hours of high heat grilling
How do I extinguish it?
The grill can be easily extinguished with less than (1) 16oz bottle of water.
Is it recyclable?
It depends on what your local recycling guidelines are, but yes, most of what is left over is stainless steel and aluminum.
