Our Story

As Designers, our Goal is to Create a Kids' Brand Brimming With Creativity & Comfort

Amanat Anand and Shubham Issar, originally from New Delhi, India, embarked on their entrepreneurial journey at the Parsons School of Design, where they were studying Industrial Design. Their shared vision for creating products that make a social impact led to the birth of Soapen.

Their innovative idea was recognized at the 2015 UNICEF Wearables for Good Challenge, where they emerged victorious and were awarded $15,000 USD to fund their prototype. This early success was a precursor to Soapen's official launch in 2021, which was further bolstered by securing an investment on Shark Tank.
