Returns
Miniware accepts returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided the items have not been used and meet return eligibility requirements. Products that arrive damaged, contain a clear manufacturing defect, or develop a hidden defect within 90 days of normal use may qualify for replacement, while damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, or improper microwave use is not covered. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs, which are non-refundable, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 days after the return is received and approved. Gift cards, sale items, clearance products, and promotional items are final sale, and exchanges or replacements are only available for customers located within the United States.
