Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and late Friday orders, with possible delays during high-volume periods, and customers will be notified if significant delays occur. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with occasional free ground shipping promotions (7–10 business days), while overnight delivery is limited to continental US addresses. Orders can be shipped to US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, with tracking details provided after shipment, though the company is not responsible for external tracking accuracy or damages during transit, which must be claimed with the carrier. For international orders, customers are responsible for complying with import laws, as well as all customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are non-refundable; shipments refused due to these charges will not have shipping costs refunded. International shipping excludes free shipping promotions, may involve delays due to customs clearance, and requires accurate contact details to avoid issues, while shipping to Canada is currently unavailable, with customers directed to an authorized reseller instead.

Returns

We offer returns for product refunds within 30 days as long as the item is in full and unopened. Customers will not be refunded for original cost of shipping and are responsible for return shipping costs. International Customers will not be refunded on local customs and taxes.
