All orders are shipped with via FedEx - please allow 3 to 5 business days for US delivery, depending on location. We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all US Orders over $100 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order. Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 1 hour of your order if you have any concerns. Mimish offers a 30-day return window from the date the order is received, allowing customers to return items that are unused, in the same condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must email [email protected] with their order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, though Mimish can provide a discounted return label with the cost deducted from the refund. If a product arrives damaged, customers should contact Mimish immediately with photos so a replacement can be arranged at no additional cost. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method, though banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons and will be clearly marked on the website.

How does the Sleep-n-Pack work?

The product arrives as a backpack. To use it as a sleeping bag, unbuckle the backpack, release the toggle, and unroll it. To pack it back up, fold the sleeping bag and roll it into the backpack pouch.

What age group is it designed for?

It is recommended for kids ages 7–12+ years or up to approximately 5½ feet tall.

Is it suitable for outdoor camping?

Yes. The water-resistant polyester shell and sherpa lining make it suitable for camping, sleepovers, and indoor or outdoor adventures.

What temperature rating does it support?

The sleeping bag is rated down to approximately 37°F.

Does it have storage pockets?

Yes. Both the backpack and sleeping bag include multiple pockets for items such as a flashlight, water bottle, book, or clothing.

Is the Sleep-n-Pack washable?

Yes. It can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. It should be hung to dry.

Is the product safe for kids?

Yes. It uses OEKO-TEX certified materials free from harmful substances and is CPSIA compliant.
