Who is BrilliantPad for?
It’s designed for small dogs under 25 lbs that already use puppy pads. It’s great for puppies, apartment living, busy pet parents, and anyone looking for a cleaner, hands-free solution.
How does BrilliantPad Automate Cleanup?
Your phone will recieve a potty notifciation and you can see what your dog left behind. Replace the pad with one tap, or set BrilliantPad to advance automatically, after a certain number of visits or a schdule. The system handles #1 and #2; wraps and seals waste; and keeps your home clean and odor free. Messy and smelly is replaced with clean and fresh. Regular dog pads just don’t do that!
How does it control odors?
BrilliantPad wraps and seals waste inside the roll. Its multi-layer pads, absorbent polymers, and locked storage compartment work together to minimize odors and keep your home smelling fresh.
Does it work for adult dogs?
Yes, if your dog currently uses pads. However, training adult dogs who have never used pads before may require more effort and patience.
Can I control it remotely?
Yes! Through the BrilliantPad app (iOS & Android), you can manually advance pads, monitor activity, and get health alerts — even when you’re away from home.
How many pads are on a roll?
Each roll is equivalent to 21 large pads and uses a special five-layer design for durability, rapid absorption, and cleanliness.
Is it easy to train my dog?
Yes! Most puppies and small dogs transition within a few weeks. The included Training Guide walks you through step-by-step instructions for setting up a confinement area, introducing your pup to the system, and building healthy potty habits.
Can regular potty pads be used with BrilliantPad?
BrilliantPad works with BrilliantPad rolls. Each replacement roll comes with a disposable rod and cap set that makes disposal easy. If your dog is curently uses traditional puppy pads, we recommend placing your old pad on top of BrilliantPad to being the training and transition process. Visit our training center to learn how to transition your dog from regular pads to BrilliantPad.
Does it replace outdoor walks?
No, BrilliantPad is designed for convenience and health monitoring, but dogs still need walks for exercise, enrichment, and socialization.
Where does the waste go?
Used pads are rolled, wrapped, and sealed inside a closed compartment. When the roll is full, simply remove it — without touching any waste — and replace it with a fresh one.
