Returns
Returns or exchanges within the first 30 days are accepted. Product must be in new condition and resellable. If they have been worn ( other then just trying on) we may not be able to accept. Just call and we will do our best to accomodate.

How do I size my dog?
The best way is to measure the width of the paw and match as close as possible to our chart. If you need help please call us at 800 924 7036 . General size guideline : 10-15 lb dogs with paws about 1 1/4 in wide are an XS. 20-35 lb dogs like a terrier are small; 35-50 lb Boxers, labadoodles, greyhouds are Sm/Med: 45-75 lb average labs, shepherds with a ~2.25 in paw are Mediums; 85-95 lbs larger sheherds, labs ~2.75 paw are Large and over 3" like a mastiff or parge breeds are Xlarge.
Are the boots waterproof?
They are water resistant but can be put in dryer when they get wet.

Our Story
I Founded My Company After My Pet Was Injured and I Decided to Create Top Quality Pet Products
I created Healers pet care after my dog was injured and the products on the market were the worst thing possible to use for an injured paw. Vet wrap and rolled gauze has been the standard but extremely difficult to use. It can get very expensive when you need to change a bandage twice a day and very bad for the environment with so much waste. So I created a re-usable , washable, bandage wrap with a gauze insert that turns the wrap into a non-adhesive bandage and it wont stick to the wound while it heals. Veterinarians and pet owners love this product and my dogs paw injury healed so quickly thanks to the use of this boot.
