Orders are typically packed within 1 business day, and shipping times vary by location—1–5 business days within the U.S. and around 10 business days internationally, though delays may occur due to carrier constraints. Pup Wax balms ship from NY or MA, and other Puppington items also ship from fulfillment centers in those states. International customers may incur customs duties or taxes, which are assessed by their local customs office and are not controlled or covered by the company.

Satisfaction is guaranteed.  For items in the Pup Wax collection, there is no time limit on returns or refunds. For all other items, returns are accepted within a 90-day return window.  We only ask that you package any returns in their original packaging.  We will take care of return shipping costs.  If over 90 days have gone by since your purchase and something is wrong, please send an e-mail letting us know so that we can make it right.
