"From Pain to Product: the Story Behind the Bunker Buddie"
Paul, our founder, is an avid golfer (with a bad back.) Dealing with sciatica in his early 30s lead to that AHA moment on the golf course. One brutally hot afternoon on the 17th hole, exhausted and frustrated, he watched his ball land in the sand. Again. As he reached for the bunker rake, the last thing he wanted to do was bend down one more time, and that's when inspiration struck. "What if there was an easier way." That moment sparked months of research, design, and over 10 different prototypes. The result? Bunker Buddie—the simple, game-changing tool that lets you pick up a bunker rake without bending over. From a frustrating round to a revolutionary idea, Bunker Buddie is here to make your golf game smoother—one less back strain at a time.
