US Domestic Shipping

• We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days.
• We offer free shipping for all purchases made on eartune.com within US.
• We use USPS First Class for shipments under 1 lbs, and USPS Priority for shipments over 1 lbs.
• All shipments come with tracking number that outlines the shipping status.
• "Signature required" option is available for purchase at the check out page, which guarantees delivery in-person to make sure that the delivered package is not lost or stolen.
• If USPS tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package on the date indicated by USPS tracking, USPS recommends the following:
  • Looking for the package somewhere near your front door or asking your neighbors. Sometimes, postal workers leave packages near doorsteps and not near residential post office boxes. Also, a well-meaning neighbor might have taken your package inside their house for safekeeping or for protection against the rain or other bad weather.
  • Contacting USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS or contacting your local Post Office directly and explaining that you have delivery confirmation, but no package was actually delivered, and ask them to start a tracking investigation to discover the whereabouts of your missing package.

International Shipping

Are these also earbuds? Will it connect to phone and play music?

No. Eartune Hunt U are ear plugs only. It does not have bluetooth capabilities. So it cannot connect to your phone, and cannot play music.

Can I answer calls with it?

Can I turn the amplification function off?

Yes. You may adjust the level of amplification based on your personal preference and the environment you're in. You can also turn off amplification and use the Eartune Hunt as passive ear plugs with NRR 22dB.

Will they fit my ears?

Yes. The ear plugs simply sit in your ear canal with no pressure points as compared to the conventional universal ear plugs. This provides maximum comfort for hours of prolonged use ideal for both indoor and outdoor use during travel. How long is the battery life?

The Eartune Hunt can operate up to 20-hour of all day use with its charging case. Single charge of ear plug is good for 5-hour continuous operation. Combined with quick-charging, the Eartune Hunt is your ideal all-day, pocketable electronic hearing protection.

How do I charge the ear plugs?

You can charge them using the included USB-C charging cable or via Qi-standard wireless chargers.

Are these ear plugs suitable for hunting?

Absolutely. They are designed to protect against impulse noises like gunfire while allowing you to hear ambient sounds, making them ideal for hunting.
