Gravity Belt

Build quicker first steps and stronger court movement with resistance where it counts.

Build quicker first steps and more powerful court movement. This resistance belt loads your center of mass to train the strength, balance, and controlled explosiveness behind faster movement on the court.

Clip in for movement drills, practice loading into your forehand, or work on quick changes of direction before your next match. Variable resistance lets you adjust the challenge while training the same movements you rely on during long rallies and fast points.

It uses reactive neuromuscular training principles by applying downward resistance, encouraging you to maintain a lower, stronger athletic stance during movement.

Who is it designed for?

It’s suitable for players taller than 4.6 ft and fits waist sizes from 16–46 inches, making it ideal for youth and adult athletes.

How much resistance does it provide?

The belt offers variable resistance from 0–20 kg (0–44 lbs) with three adjustable levels using a smart clip system.

Our Story

From gym strength to court performance

As a coach and athlete, I kept seeing the same frustration: players were getting stronger in the gym, but that strength wasn’t translating to efficient movement on the court. I wanted to train the body where it mattered most—through movement—so I began testing different resistance concepts and landed on loading athletes through their center of mass to better mirror the demands of a real match.

The early Gravity Belt prototypes were raw, but the results showed better balance, stronger movement, and more control under pressure. I built the Gravity Belt to bridge the gap between training and performance, helping make every rep count where it matters most.
