We ship anywhere! For U.S. orders, our default shipping is USPS First Class Mail - tracking number is provided.  We ship from Tucson, Arizona.  Depending on the final destination, your package will arrive 1-4 days after you place your order. For international orders, we ship DHL Express and USPS.  Depending on location, transit times range from 4-15 days.

We offer a 14-Day return/exchange policy. Please take the time to find the right size product.  We do not refund shipping fees.  Item(s) must be returned in original condition or a 50% (of the item's price) Restocking Fee will apply.  For returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping and postage back to us, we do not provide prepaid labels.  If you are exchanging we pay for postage of the exchange back to you!

How do these laces work?

The idea started at home. Founder Jamie Montz, a mom of three boys, was in the middle of yet another day of tying wet shoelaces when she thought, there has to be a better way. Jamie designed The Original Stretchlace so her boys could slip into their shoes without anyone knowing the difference. Shortly after she began selling these laces, Jamie realized the solution resonated far beyond parents. People with mobility challenges found independence again.
