Can I really use the To Go Cup anywhere?

Yes. Well, anywhere you'd like to practice putting. Typical use cases for the To Go Cup are on a putting green, indoors on carpet, and indoors on a putting practice mat.

Why are the Speed Bump and To Go Cup that tall?

Both the Speed Bump and To Go Cup were meticulously designed to teach the correct pace a putt should be rolling when it reaches the hole. If a putt is hit just hard enough to reach the hole, it is guaranteed to finish close by if it does not fall in -- typically 6-18 inches depending on the speed of the putting surface. Putts hit with insufficient speed will roll back or be deflected. Putts hit with too much speed will skip over the hole.

Are these for beginners or expert players?

Both! The training aids help beginners to develop an understanding of the key fundamentals of speed control combined with line. For expert players, they are used to add extra difficulty to their preferred practice methods.
