Our Story
From a Home Made Pvc Pipe & Duct Tape Version to What It Is Today!
A fishing captain came to me with a homemade outrigger he was using in addition to the expensive pro outriggers he already had on his off shore boat. It was made with PVC pipe and duct tape (wish I'd of kept a picture of it).
He asked if I could produce something similar but easier to put together and more sturdy. Together we came up with what the Rockport Rigger is today. He said having more lines in the water was what it was all about regardless of what it looked like to make that happen.
We came up with a product that anyone can use on their boat as long as they have a 30 degree rod holder. We've sold several thousand and have had positive feedback from anglers all over the country.
