How much weight can the BGR Hold?

We carry out in-house testing at our manufacturing facility to comply with fitness equipment safety standards and to ensure each BGR unit can hold 770LBS. It's design overkill! But safety first. We recommend a max user load of 120kg to ensure maximum longevity

Are all attachments included?

Yes! You'll receive all the attachments alongside the two BGR units, door anchor, and single anchor straps.

The BGR was created following an argument with the tangled ball of straps that are now my competitors’ products. I wanted to make something more compact, more versatile, and that would fit in my bag more easily. I finally launched a crowdfunding campaign and found people all over the world wanted this solution! BGRs are now in use in almost 50 countries around the world and have received some truly magnificent reviews and testimonials.
