Handling time is generally 2 business day for all shipments. Orders received after 4 PM Mountain Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day. US orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days. 

We ship to most international countries - enter your shipping address in the checkout process to find the exact shipping rate. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. 

We are confident that you will love your MODL gear, but we understand that life happens. If you need to make a return, please follow the directions below:

Shoot us an email at hello@modloutdoors with your order number and reason for the return. All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, documentation and any accessories within 30 days of their purchase date. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. If this is a warranty issue or claim please email [email protected].

Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

We do not accept used items, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund for your item once we receive the return.

How do I use the Infinity Tool?

The possibilities are endless! Unwrap it from your wrist and wrap it around items to secure them in place. Link multiple tools together for more length. Get creative with all the ways it can help you out!

Is the Infinity Tool strong enough to hold my gear?

Absolutely - each tool has 70lbs of pull strength. Linking multiple tools together makes it even stronger!

What are the Infinity Tool materials?

The SuperLoop strap is made from food-grade silicone. The StudLink is stainless steel. Both are durable and built to last!

What's the difference between the 8" and 16" sizes?

The 8" wears great as a bracelet and can handle smaller tasks. The 16" has more utility for large items. We recommend the combo pack so you have both sizes handy!

What is life without adventure? Pretty damn boring if you ask us!

We’ve been deeply impacted by our time spent adventuring outdoors, so our goal is to remove the physical and social barriers people face when trying to get outside.

While on a camping trip during our senior year of college, we realized we had way too much hydration gear–from bladders, to filters, to bottles–and none of it worked together. There had to be a way to simplify hydration, and thus MODL was born.

While we had plans to go to medical school and into finance, we took a risk with the hope we could chart our own paths instead. So now we're here –three best friends running our dream company with the most exciting year ever coming up.
