We are suckers for functionally, and optimizing our everyday life. A carabine is extremely use ful, more useful that we think. Once you start carrying it around, you will find multiple situations every day where it comes in handy especially with the feature extravanganca that we have implemented. Actually, the idea for a carabiner with a tungsten glassbreaker point came to us after seeing a youtube ideo where severeal people thrid to save a family from inside a burning SUV. The window where virtually indestructible, kick, bats, bricks, tire irons did not help - not until a guy with a windowbreaker in a ballpen came to the rescue. The more everyday object we can make useful for everday purposes and scary life or death scenarios, the better.
