Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders $40 or more. Our standard shipping time within the USA is 8-15 days, with the option to upgrade to faster 5-day (USPS) or 2-day (UPS) shipping. Shipping fees and transit times will be provided at checkout.
Returns
We offer a 7 day return policy for US orders. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. 20% restocking fee applies. Returns must be pre-approved - customer covers return shipment costs.

Are you looking to add a personal touch to your gift-giving? If so, consider our FlutterBox, which has dimensions of 5.25 inches tall and 5 inches wide. The innermost panels provide the perfect spot for your favorite photos, measuring 4 inches wide and 3 3/4 inches tall. While you can place photos on the other panels as well, we recommend using the innermost ones to ensure they are not obscured by the butterfly's fluttering motion. Do you send your butterflies pre-wound?
At FlutterFlyers, we take great care in providing our customers with the highest quality butterflies for their special occasions. However, we regret to inform you that we do not provide pre-winding services for our butterflies due to liability concerns. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly wind and handle the butterflies before use.
