Our Story
Empowering and Inspiring Young Girls to Achieve Their Dreams!
Theodora S.T.E.A.M. Girls was created by Gayle Keller, a technology sales executive turned entrepreneur, wife, and mother who experienced first-hand how woman struggle to excel and how men struggle to understand and cohesively work together with women. While sitting on the beach in Hawaii enjoying her final days of maternity leave with her husband and baby daughter, Gayle started to feel what tugged at her heartstrings: a calling to empower girls in S.T.E.A.M. Coupled with her firsthand experiences in the workplace, and the birth of Keller’s second daughter, she pressed pause on her corporate career to empower girls and women in S.T.E.A.M.
