Shipping
Orders process in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Tracked delivery typically takes 5–10 business days to the U.S., 7–14 to Canada/Europe/Australia/New Zealand, and 10–20 to the rest of the world (estimates only; carrier performance and customs may affect timing). You’ll receive an email with tracking once shipped; please allow up to 48 hours for activation. If tracking hasn’t appeared after 5 business days, contact [email protected].
Returns
At Whimsical Shelf, we want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or improper installation, clearance or final-sale items, or digital downloads and gift cards. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
