Whirl Pong processes orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and ships within the United States using standard shipping, which typically arrives in 3–7 business days depending on the carrier. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or international destinations. Once shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information, and delivery timelines may vary due to carrier or weather delays. Whirl Pong is not responsible for packages lost or delayed after they have been transferred to the carrier, but we’re happy to assist with carrier claims if needed. All orders canceled before they are fulfilled are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Any orders canceled or returned after they have been fulfilled are subject to our refund policy, outlined below. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. In addition, the customer is responsible for return shipping of the item(s) being returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I set it up?

Place the foam cup holder on top of the spinner base and attach using the included Velcro pads. Plug in and press the on button to play.

How long does the battery last?

The spinner runs for up to 6 hours on a full charge, depending on speed settings.

Can I still play standard pong rules?

Yes. Play however you normally play — Whirl Pong simply adds motion to make it more exciting.

Does it support multiple spin modes?

Yes. You can choose clockwise, counter-clockwise, or a random direction mode for added chaos.

Is it travel friendly?

Yes. It’s lightweight and easy to pack for parties, dorms, tailgates, and trips.

In September 2023, Whirl Pong began as a project for an entrepreneurship class. Through months of constant iteration, hands-on sampling, and customer feedback, the game evolved into what it is today.

Then, in a moment no one saw coming, a single TikTok video filmed in September 2024, on a typical Saturday of Penn State football went viral—catapulting Whirl Pong into the spotlight and making it a campus sensation.

The brand has been featured in major Penn State media outlets, including The Daily Collegian, Onward State, PSN News, and more. Whirl Pong has also teamed up with local businesses, such as The Basement Nightspot in downtown State College, hosting its first official beer pong tournament offering students a chance to compete for cash prizes, VIP perks, and bar line skips.
