Orders ship within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Luggage is shipped via Amazon and typically arrives within 1-2 business days after processing, depending on your location. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement. Damage claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our Story
Inspired by 29 Countries
Travel has been a passion of mine for years, and after visiting 29 countries, I had gone through more travel accessories than I could count. Too many were poorly made, didn’t hold up to frequent trips, or left me feeling disorganized while digging through luggage and drawers. I knew there had to be a better option—something durable, stylish, affordable, and designed for women on the go.
That experience inspired me to create Ms. Jetsetter. After months of designing, we developed travel accessories focused on quality, function, style, and value. Today, alongside our Chief Operating Officer, Pat Setji, we continue creating thoughtfully designed pieces that help women stay organized and feel more at ease wherever their travels take them.
