We currently ship to select countries across North America, Oceania, Asia, and Europe, offering free shipping in all regions we serve, except during holiday seasons when a small surcharge may apply due to increased shipping costs. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, though they may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen events. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please note, any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected upon delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.  Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days to reflect in your account. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. As long as the product is in new, unused condition, and its original packaging we will refund the purchase amount minus shipping costs.

Is the storage bag waterproof?

Yes! The surface is coated with waterproof material to protect your clothes from moisture. The breathable mesh panels also ensure better air circulation, reducing odors.

How much clothing can each layer hold?

For size L, there are four layers: Top inner pocket: Holds socks, ties, or small items. Middle two compartments: Each can fit 6-10 thin T-shirts. Bottom zippered section: Perfect for shoes, towels, or toiletries. For size XL, it can hold 1.5 to 2 times the capacity of size L.

Should the storage bag go inside or outside the suitcase?

It’s versatile! It has a luggage strap, so you can either: Hang it outside your suitcase for extra storage. Place it inside as an organizer. For reference, an XL size fits snugly in a 20-inch suitcase, while L size leaves extra room.

Is it for home or travel use?

Both! At home, use it for wardrobe organization. For travel, pack it directly into your suitcase. When you arrive, simply hang it in the closet—no need to unpack!

Is it heavy?
