FAQs
What are the dimensions of RestAngles in its various configurations?
Flat/disassembled: L 10" x W 7" x H 13/16" Assembled to 4" platform: L 9 1/2" x W 7" x H 4" Assembled to 7" open side: L 9 1/2" x W 4" x H 7" Assembled to a Wedge: L 10" x W 7" x H 3 5/8" or 3 1/4"
What is the load capacity?
The load capacity is 110 pounds which includes the weight of any combination of your lower extremities and includes any footwear.
What if my RestAngles is hard to assemble when I try the first few times?
Plastic parts may be hard to maneuver when new and will become easier with use.
Why is RestAngles kind of bouncy in the center when used in the 4" platform configuration?
You may notice some flex in the center of RestAngles. Dynamic movement may be beneficial while holding a static posture (sitting for long periods of time). The footrest will move with you when using the center portion, for example, when you are sitting with your legs crossed.
How do I use RestAngles to ergonomically benefit the most?
Using RestAngles by placing your feet near the left and right edges whenever possible will naturally usher your knees to slightly fall to the sides which is better for your hips and lower back when sitting. Using a footrest will allow you to sit all the way back in your seat so you can actually use the seat back as intended. If you would like to position your knees above the level of your hips, simply turn RestAngles on its 7" open side (warning label near the floor).
Why use the wedge angles?
By using RestAngles in either wedge configuration, you can stretch the lower part of your legs while seated. Angle it with the logo facing out to stretch the back of your leg. Angle it with the logo facing you to stretch the front part of your leg. Move RestAngles closer or further away from your to adjust the angle even more. You can stretch one or both of your legs at the same time.
What does RestAngles not do?
Warning! RestAngles is a footrest. Do not stand, sit, kneel, step or use RestAngles in any other way than described in the instructions. Doing so may cause injury to you and/or damage your RestAngles unit. Caution! Tripping hazard. Not to be used by children without adult supervision. If removed, non-slip feet may become a choking hazard.

Our Story
A Painful Journey to Comfortable, Convenient Sitting
So there I was, flying south from my home in Alaska to my job in Antarctica, in pain because my feet couldn’t reach the floor. My legs were dangling causing pain in my lower back, hips and legs. My legs dangled because my popliteal height (PH), the distance from the bottom of my feet to the area behind my knees while sitting, is only 15”. The average PH spans 15” to 19.9” but the average chair seat height is 17” to 19”. Thus the 2" to 4" gap between them causing sitting for any length of time so uncomfortable.
Comfortable sitting posture happens when the feet rest flat on the floor. I imagined a portable footrest that I (and you!) could use anywhere, bringing the floor to my feet. RestAngles and my interest to help people sit more comfortably by escaping their dangling legs pain began.
