None whatsoever. Once you have purchased your Retreev Smart Tag, you are set for life!
Why do I need to provide my contact details?
When your retreev tag is reported found we will send you a text (SMS) and an email with the finder’s details. You can provide more than one email address to be contacted at. You will receive notifications to each email that is added.
What is the language preference?
Language Preference allows you to select your language of choice. Wherever possible communications will be sent to you in your preferred language.

It all began with two friends facing an everyday problem. Finding a lost bag whilst travelling. We searched and searched for something that allowed a simple way of uploading our details that also had a function if someone were to find a lost bag they can contact us directly. When we couldn’t find any that fitted what we were looking for, Retreev was born.
